During four days starting from Apr 7, the recruiters from 53 enterprises in SIP visited six universities in East China’s Jiangsu province to look for the talents they needed.

The event was part of SIP’s spring recruitment tour which, sponsored by the Leading Group for Talent Development of CPC SIP Working Committee and organized by SIP-based HR service company O-HR, consists of a number of on-campus job fairs designed to give enterprises in SIP a helping hand in recruitment.

At Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the job fair was coupled with an introduction to SIP’s conditions for innovation and entrepreneurship, and a ceremony where a number of students received the scholarship under a program jointly run by SIP Administrative Committee and the university.

During the tour, SIP authorities and enterprises discussed plans with the universities for future cooperation in talent cultivation, recruitment and research.

Statistics show that the enterprises provided job vacancies on about 300 posts, and received 2,844 resumes and reached tentative agreements with 731 of the applicants.

Moreover, the job fairs were live-streamed, attracting more than 30,000 viewers.
