The moot arbitral tribunal organized by the Labor Security Supervision Brigade of SIP High-end Manufacturing and International Trade Zone on Nov 21 gave enterprises in the zone a helping hand in maintaining harmonious labor relations. Over 80 enterprises’ representatives and labor relation coordinators participated.

Based on the real case of a dispute caused by violating a non-compete agreement, the moot arbitral tribunal demonstrated the entire arbitration process, including the complaint and defense, evidence presentation and debate.

After that, the participating experts, including scholars and lawyers, gave in-depth and easy-to-understand analyses and interpretations of practical operations and legal risks related to non-compete restrictions.

The event also included an interaction session where the experts answered the inquiries from enterprises’ representatives.
