Recently, SIP Bureau of Commerce, SIP Enterprise Development Service Center and the authorities of four functional zones in the park jointly held information sessions in these zones to explain to enterprises there the latest preferential policy for holding conferences and exhibitions in local hotels.

Following the start of the SIP Golden Autumn ? Three Lakes Carnival in September, SIP has introduced for the first time a subsidy policy for enterprises hosting exhibitions and conferences in local hotels. The policy stipulates that, from September 13, 2025 to the first quarter of 2026, enterprises holding various conferences and exhibitions at hotels within the park are eligible for subsidies covering 20 to 25% of expenses other than venue rental fees, with a maximum subsidy of RMB100,000.

Each of the information sessions included specific introductions to the policy and subsidy application procedures, case analysis and a Q&A session. The events also set a bridge for cooperation between enterprises and hotels.
