The main structure of Jinfeng Science and Technology Industrial Park, a project that is being built in SIP’s Suzhou Dushu Lake Sci-Edu Innovation District, was complected on Sept 26.

The project is located at Dongjing Industrial Square, adjacent to the Beixiebu Station of Suzhou Metro Line 6. It is being built on the site where the original buildings were demolished. Launched last year, the project is expected to complete in the first half of next year.

With a total investment of RMB280 million, the industrial park will cover a land area of approximately 45 mu (about 3 hectares), and its total floor area will reach about 83,000 square meters. It will consist of several multi-storey buildings used as offices and manufacturing facilities.

Focusing on the industries of artificial intelligence, electronic information and biomedicine, the park aims to develop into a demonstration and pioneering project for the intelligent transformation and digital upgrading of the manufacturing industry in SIP.
