The newly built comprehensive convention hotel in the north of the Jianxin Guanyuan complex passed the final acceptance review on Sept 23, marking its formal completion.

The Jianxin Guanyuan complex, located beside the beautiful Dushu Lake and Egret Garden, covers a land area of about 63 mu (42,000 square meters). In addition to the new hotel, it also includes a renovated hotel in its south.

The new hotel, with an investment of RMB420 million yuan, consists of five floors with a total built-up area of about 36,000 square meters and a height of about 24 meters. It offers 48 rooms and 23 suites, along with about 150 parking spaces. It is a perfect place for meetings.
