The “Autumn Night in SIP” performing program kicked off on the right bank of Jinji Lake in SIP on Sept 20, as a sequel to the “Summer Night in SIP” series of shows to continuously vitalize the night life in the area.

Compared with the “Summer Night in SIP” series, the “Autumn Night in SIP” shows highlight an autumn vibe with their stage designs and performances. The audiences’ enthusiasm remains undiminished. Among them are both “regulars” who have enjoyed multiple performances and “newcomers” attracted by the fame of the previous performances.

The first show incorporated popular songs performed by professional singers and bands, as well as one staged by an amateur from a bank.

It is learned that the “Autumn Night in SIP” series will last till late November, with regular performances staged every Saturday evening and special ones given on Oct 1, 4 and 6 to celebrate the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival.
